Santa Clara Valley Medical Center Hospital & Clinics, a public system in California's Silicon Valley, had low brand awareness. Leaders banked on a comprehensive marketing campaign to make its services more widely known to the community. It relied on everything from TV and radio to billboards, bus posters, direct mail and digital display ads. The "Go Public!" Campaign drove a 33% increase in website traffic and 5% increase in visits to the " us" page. Traffic to VMC clinics' sites rose 43%.
