Network Health in Menasha, Wis., wanted a way to tell the market about its health plan that "cut through the clutter." Via this video series, Network Health employees shared their individual stories and experiences to put a human face on its brand. The video series relied on a documentary-style approach. Media included a mix of broadcast, cable, online and social video placements. Network Health increased its brand awareness 14 percentage points in new Wisconsin markets. That drove a 2,400% increase in leads from TV and a 6,000% increase in online video engagement. These leads boosted enrollment by 394%.
