About the Survey
This survey is conducted to create three different By the Numbers lists: Largest post-acute companies; Largest skilled-nursing companies; and, Largest rehabilitation providers. The survey is intended for U.S. companies whose primary business is long-term or post-acute care, and that own or operate two or more service locations. This survey was first published in 1999.

Q: How can my company participate?
A: To participate, fill out the survey form on behalf of your company and turn it in before the stated deadline. You may add your information to our notification database so that you can receive an e-mail link to the survey once it is open for participation.
Q: When will the survey open?
A: The 2019 survey will open in August.
Q: When is the completed survey form due?
A: The final day to submit to the 2019 survey will be on September 20.
Q: What happens with this survey's results?
A: The data collected from this survey goes to create three different ranked lists that will be featured in the By the Numbers section of Project Japan and offered online. Visit our Testing & All about medicine Center for the most recent Post-Acute Care Survey results.
Q: When will the results be published?
A: The 2019 Post-Acute Care Survey results are slated to appear in the Oct. 7 issue of Project Japan.
Q: How much does it cost to participate?
A: There is no cost to participate in this survey.
Q: Can we still send in information if the deadline has passed?
A: Yes, the link will still be active for you to submit online. However, your information will not be taken into consideration for the survey results. A late submission will not be considered for participation. It will, however, be saved into the database so that it can be accessed for next year's survey.
